VERY DISAPPOINTED ORDERED SET FOR MY DAUGHTER FOR XMAS RECEIVED IN TIMELY MANNER BUT THE PRODUCT WAS MISSING THE CERTIFICATE AND THE SIGNED PHOTO AND I WAS TOLD MY ONLY COURSE OF ACTION WAS TO RETURN THE ITEM FOR REFUND THEN I COULD REPURCHASE THE ITEM THROUGH SOME ONE ELSE BECAUSE THEY WERE NOW OUT OF STOCK OF THIS ITEM AND IT WAS ONLY AVAILABLE THROUGH OTHER SELLERS AT TWO AND A HALF TIMES THE PRICE

I purchased this set for my wife, who is a huge fan of the Twilight series.I opened it up and to my surprise the set was missing the certificate and autographed picture. The jewelry however looked great. Amazon is sending my replacement soon…hopefully by Christmas. I will be very disappointed if I can’t give this as a Christmas gift for her.

The twilight jewelry set is beautiful but when recieved no autographed pic or letter of authenticity as posted. Kinda disappointed feel a little jipped not getting all that was supposed to be included my daughter will love the jewelry but be disappointed no pic

I just purchased this set at $99 and its missing the autograph – what is that all about? This seems to be an ongoing issue that has been happening with a lot of people. This is quite frustrating. The jewelry itself is in great condition though.

The jewelry is lovely, but we did not get the autographed card in our package and my daughter was bummed out about this on Christmas Day.
